hi, anybody know wat is advanced excel? & what is the diff b/w excel & advanced excel?
what is the advantages of this course? pls..
The answer to that question is subject to one’s interpretation. My view is that Excel is confined to the built-in functions, such as formatting cells and sizing cells, and using the math functions such as Sum, Average, etc.
Advanced Excel, to me, is utilizing the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) that is included in Excel. This allows the user to code custom functions and sub-routines, create user forms, and take Excel to a higher level.
In your case, Advanced Excel might be a course teaching the more complex built-in functions of Excel as opposed to ‘basic’ things like ‘what is a spreadsheet?’
